Dear Patients and Friends,

There are new and exciting changes coming for Allergy & Asthma Care Center!  We have the opportunity to increase our services and administrative support through a merger with the Deaconess Clinic Allergy team and a transition into the Deaconess Clinic system.

WHEN DOES THIS OCCUR?
We will officially be a part of the Deaconess Clinic team as of December 1, 2013.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?
Dr. Jason White and Amy Reising, NP-C will continue in their current roles providing you the best  care and medical services available.  We will continue to practice in our current location, 6221 East Physicians Court, Evansville, IN 47715, and keep the same phone number, 812-479-3153.

Our office hours and shot hours will also remain the same at this location.  You will see the same faces that you’ve come to know over the years--nearly the entire staff has chosen to come on board the Deaconess team.

WHAT ARE THE NEW ADVANTAGES?
Although much will stay the same, there will some new advantages for you!  Dr. White and Amy will continue to take care of all the same patients that they’ve cared for over the last 10 years, but now there will be more physicians in the building.   We will now work alongside two experienced allergists, Dr. Anne McLaughlin and Dr. Majed Koleilat, who have been a part of the Deaconess Clinic Allergy team for the last 10 years and will continue to see their own groups of patients.

Also, all the providers will rotate through the East side office as well as the Downtown Deaconess Clinic location at 421 Chestnut Street, Evansville, IN 47713--an excellent location for those coming from the West and North Sides.  And, allergy shots will be available at multiple locations throughout the Deaconess Clinic system--so you may find getting your allergy injections more convenient and closer to home!

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS?
Don’t hesitate to contact us at 812-479-3153 (East side location) or 812-426-9459 (Downtown Clinic location).  Check out our Allergy & Asthma Care Center facebook page and website at www.evansvilleallergy.com for updated information.

WHAT DO WE KNOW FOR CERTAIN?
We at Allergy & Asthma Care Center and the Deaconess Clinic know that you, our patients, are the most important things for us and the reason we are here.  You will continue to have access to the best allergy care services in the region, and you will continue to receive the best allergy care available in the Tri-State area.  We thank you for allowing us to meet your health care needs, and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future!
